DCG Solution | DCG performed a program delivery and risk review to evaluate the overall status of the transformation project, identify areas for improved delivery, and make recommendations to increase the likelihood of success. DCG led a structured approach using our Risk Assessment Framework to perform the evaluation of the transformation program.
