DCG supports many charitable and social mission organizations through monetary contributions as well as hands-on time commitments from our leadership and staff.
DCG believes in corporate social responsibility and making a tangible difference for local communities. We find that long-term partnerships working on certain community issues goes fundamentally beyond simply generating "good-will" for our company in the market place. This approach and commitment helps define our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.
Focus: HOPE
Focus: HOPE is a special example of this where we have established a partnership to support development and implementation of the new IMSE program enabling the increased recruitment, retention, and acquisition of IT-based employment for FOCUS Hope students in the globalized market.
Focus: HOPE is a nationally recognized civil and human rights organization in Detroit, Michigan. Their mission is to use intelligent and practical action to fight racism, poverty and injustice. Their programs include: education and training in information technology, manufacturing and engineering; a food program for eligible mothers, children and senior citizens; community arts programs; community and economic development initiatives; a manufacturing operation; children's day care and education, conference facilities, and volunteer and outreach activities.
Through Focus: HOPE, thousands of individuals — especially women and minorities — have become financially independent. We are proud to be involved with and support such an admirable social mission organization.
