Mr. Wheeler founded DCG in 1990. He holds an MBA from Wayne State University in Finance and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He has over 25 years of professional experience in technology services to multiple industries. His primary expertise is in business development, client relationship management, systems integration, and financial accounting - processes. systems, reporting, and automation.
William Kishler, President
Mr. Kishler joined DCG in 1999. He has an MBA, BSE (Industrial and Operations Engineering), and a BA (concentration in mathematics, psychology, and sociology) each from the University of Michigan. He has 18 years of experience in management consulting to multiple industries. His major DCG responsibilities include business development and account/relationship management. Key specialties include business process reengineering, program management, change management, performance measurement, and organization effectiveness. Mr. Kishler's prior professional employment includes Deloitte and Touche Consulting Group, Kurt Salmon Associates/KSA, and William Beaumont Hospitals.
Lance Mitchell, Partner
Mr. Mitchell has a BS in Economics from Wayne State University with 20 years experience in engineering, manufacturing, and utilities. Major DCG responsibilities include business development, account relationship management, and client delivery. Key specialties include program management, technology implementation, business process reengineering, and change management. His prior professional employment includes EDS, Altair Engineering, Focus: HOPE, and Westin Engineering.
Timothy Couvreur, Partner
Mr. Couvreur has a BS in Accounting from Purdue University and 20 years of experience in manufacturing and health care. His major DCG responsibilities include business development, account relationship management, and program management/delivery. His key specialties include Six-Sigma, business process reengineering, best practices/benchmarking, program management, change management, merger/acquisition integration, and shared services. His prior professional employment includes AlliedSignal/Honeywell, United Technologies, Corning, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Mr. Couvreur originally received his Six-Sigma black belt while working for AlliedSignal and while attending the Six Sigma Academy in Arizona.
